"The one who is established in Self, who has balanced doshas, balanced agni (digestive fire), properly formed dhatus (tissues), proper elimination of malas (waste products), properly functioning bodily processes, whose mind, soul and senses are full of bliss, is called a healthy person." -Sushruta, Ancient Ayurveda Physician

Background: Part of my childhood was on a 40-acre off-grid homestead with my grandparents. My grandma is one of my most cherished teachers, sharing herbal medicine with me since I was a little babe. In college, I took two Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Herbalism internships with my PhD professor who has worked with some of the most renowned herbalists. Since I was 18, I’ve always had my own “apothecary”. In 2022, I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teachers Training which included an Ayurveda & TCM aspect where we learned from an incredible Doctor. I am not a physician in this practice, but I am passionate about sharing the basics and finding what each individual needs to help harmonize their mind, body, and soul.
